Tri State Bariatrics at 384 Crystal Run Road Suite #201, Middletown, New York.

Upon initially going the staff was so polite in Middletown... because I lived sooooo far it was better to transfer to their office that was (no longer available) at Catskills regional. I was told that I had to go back to Middletown. I'm not sure if the case load or too much patients for staffing that everytime that I did call they were no longer polite but very agitated and rude. I signed up for their patient portal and I made 3 request for appointment that no one ever got back to me. I received numerous operator calls and emails but was not happy with this. I called expressing my concerns in a respectable manor and the rep disregarded my issue and said " WHATS YOUR NAME!?" in a rude tone, I became so upset I said "this is why I don't come there and ended the call," I was upset at such a disrespect for patient concern. I have not since went back and found a suitable establishment that could further assist me.
