Boulder Pointe Apartments at 201 Genung Street, Middletown, New York.

Apartment itself is nice .Basic needs covered. Staff in office are decent ,unti you move in and deposit is paid true colors come out . Not nice, not even human. Never be late on rent they are quick to put a notice on your door to "pay or get out" but not so quick to deal with roach issues. Could pay less some where else & not have roaches. Move in if you have absolutely no other options.And never question the Managment.
